Appointment Booking

All appointments booked through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments as necessary. By making an appointment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

Services

A2Z Hair Salon provides a range of hair care and grooming services. We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from our services. Please communicate any concerns or feedback to our team.

Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested during your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requests before receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the A2Z Hair Salon website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, are the property of A2Z Hair Salon and are protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be used, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

A2Z Hair Salon is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of using our website or services. We are not responsible for any damages to personal belongings or injuries during your visit to our salon.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

A2Z Hair Salon reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
For cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the following charges apply:
- Treatments with a value up to €99.99: 50% of the reserved treatment value.
- Treatments with a value of €100.00 or more: 75% of the reserved treatment value.
In the event of a no-show (failure to attend an appointment without prior notice), the same charges apply.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that these charges represent a reasonable compensation for the reserved time, preparation, and loss of income resulting from the inability to offer the reserved appointment slot to another client.
By making, booking, confirming, or maintaining an appointment with A2Z Hair Salon, the customer expressly agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are requested to arrive on time for their appointment.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, A2Z Hair Salon reserves the right to:
- Shorten the treatment where possible;
- Reschedule the appointment;
- Refuse the treatment if insufficient time remains.
Where applicable, a late arrival may be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, and the corresponding charges may apply.
Deposits For selected services, including but not limited to highlights, balayage, colour corrections, hair extensions, and treatments with a value exceeding €150.00, A2Z Hair Salon may require a deposit before confirming the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment or a no-show.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only at the sole discretion of A2Z Hair Salon.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due immediately upon completion of the treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices issued by A2Z Hair Salon must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.
Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in additional administrative, collection, and legal costs.

Outstanding Payments & Debt Collection

A2Z Hair Salon reserves the right to recover any unpaid invoices, cancellation fees, no-show charges, or other outstanding amounts through a debt collection agency (incassobureau) or legal proceedings.
Any statutory interest, collection costs, legal fees, and related expenses permitted under Dutch law shall be borne by the customer.

Right to Refuse Future Bookings

A2Z Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse future appointments or services to customers who:
- Repeatedly cancel appointments at short notice;
- Fail to attend appointments without notice;
- Have outstanding invoices or unpaid no-show charges;
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, confirming, attending, modifying, or maintaining an appointment with A2Z Hair Salon, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
